CEO of ETS NORD AS Urmas Hiie and Head of Development Timo Olesk will open the topic from a perspective of restaurant owners and chefs. They tell this story through the construction and planning of the TASTE ESTONIA Restaurant in Estonian Pavilion and we are more then happy to welcome the head chef Ahti Haandi as a guest speaker.
